MASON CITY – After responding to a fight in a Cultural Crescent parking lot, a Mason City man was arrested for public intoxication and later pled guilty.
Paul Duane Mason, age 23, was in a parking lot at the 000 block of South Delaware Avenue on September 7 at 1:08 AM when police were called to a parking lot outside Southbridge Mall to stop a fight. At the scene, police determined that 23-year-old Paul Duane Mason was intoxicated and placed under arrest.
Mason pled guilty on September 8 to a charge of public intoxication and ordered to pay $330.00 in fines and court fees. He was placed on a payment plan.
