MASON CITY – Mercy Medical Center North Iowa announced Thursday that it awarded a nurse – June Vogelman – the Spirit of Compassion award.
A patient had written a letter to Mercy administration citing Vogelman’s care while the patient was at Mercy.
June Vogelman is a Bariatrics/Weight Management Nurse Practitioner at Mercy North Iowa.
Congratlations June–you always will be my favorite too!!
This is a good thing to post. When I had surgery I had a horrible nurse – those that are extra good should get recognition.
My wife also won this award a few months ago.
