SPENCER – A Spencer woman turned herself in to face a new charge of drunk driving.
Joanna Harlow, age 30, stands charged now with second offense operating while intoxicated. A Clay county deputy met with Harlow at the Clay County Jail reference D.C.I. lab results for an O.W.I. charge stemming from a traffic stop on August 17th, 2014. Harlow was taken into custody and was charged with aggravated misdemeanor second offense operating while intoxicated.
Harlow was released on a $2,000.00 cash or surety bond.
