CHARLES CITY – A North Iowa woman was placed under arrest in Charles City for a domestic assault that caused injury.
The alleged incident took place on July 11th. Charles City police, on July 12th at about 2:32 AM, arrested 32-year-old Amber D. Baldwin of Ionia, Iowa. She was charged with domestic abuse assault causing injury, and taken to jail. She was released later that day, pending a court date. A protective order between Baldwin and her alleged victim was issued by a judge.
