Storm cleanup still underway in North Iowa

MASON CITY – Cleanup is still underway from the recent storm that pummeled the North Iowa area.

The storm caused plenty of damage – and angst – as it passed through early this past week. In its wake, trees were downed, power poles snapped, and debris was left scattered throughout the region.

Flash floods, as rain continued to fall, closed roads and parks.  The danger of flooding has subsided for the time-being.
