MASON CITY – On April 14, 2013, 7:30 p.m. the sheriff’s office responded to an assault-taking place in Rockwell. Because of the investigation, warrants have been issued for the suspect in the assault. We are asking for the public’s help in locating the assault suspect.

• Driving under suspension, $300.00 cash in defendants name
• Reckless driving, $300.00 cash in defendants name
• Obstructing emergency communications, $300.00 cash in defendants name
• Count 1 – Aggravated Domestic assault and Count 2 – False Imprisonment, no bond
