FOREST CITY – A new art gallery exhibit remembering Waldorf College alumnus Tad Venzke ’12 will debut Sunday, October 7th in the Rose Ferjak Art Gallery at 7:30 p.m.
The Chaos on Wheels exhibit, named after Venzke’s radio show, is hosted by 12 Months of Art, a student group dedicated to bringing more art to the Waldorf College campus. They selected Venzke’s work to honor him and his family after his death in August.
In collaboration with the Venzke family, 12 Months of Art will be selling reproduction artwork from the exhibit at the opening reception on Sunday, October 7 at 7:30 p.m. All proceeds will go toward the Tad Venzke Scholarship established through the Waldorf Lutheran College Foundation. Donations to the scholarship can be made online at www.waldorffoundation.org.
Chaos on Wheels is open to the public during regular hours in the Luise V. Hanson Library at Waldorf College throughout the month of October.
