On Monday, April 16th, 28-year-old Jeffery Edward Collins was sentenced to serve up to 5 years through the Iowa Department of Corrections at an OWI facility.

Collins was arrested on the afternoon of November 16th, 2011 for 3rd Offense OWI, one count of child endangerment, speeding, and not having a drivers license.
