Charles City woman arrested for driving in Decorah after operating while intoxicated charge

DECORAH – A Charles City woman who was arrested earlier this month for drunk driving was caught driving in Decorah and taken to jail a second time.

The Winneshiek County sheriff’s office stopped 22-year-old Katelynn M. Snow of Charles City on the evening of October 16, 2019, on Highway 9 near Short Street in Decorah. She was arrested for driving while license denied or revoked and soon bonded out of the jail.

Snow had been arrested in Floyd county by a deputy back on October 5, 2019, for operating while under the influence 1st offense. She faces a court hearing on Wednesday, October 23 in that case.

It’s so easy. Stop by a gas station and pick up booze in your car. Or better yet drive to a bar and drink. Then drive again. Dry counties do not have these problems. But Iowa likes it’s booze. Sales are always strong!
