FOREST CITY – A man from Manly was caught with methamphetamine at the Winnebago plant in Forest City.
The incident took place on February 21, 2018. Winnebago security made a report to Forest City police of suspicious activity. As a result of the report and investigation by police, 35-year-old Stephen Glen Thomas of Manly was arrested on charges of possession of meth and a prescription drug violation.
Thomas was taken to the Winnebago county jail and was released after posting bond. He now awaits a hearing scheduled for March 21.
