CHARLES CITY – A Charles City woman was taken to jail after she allegedly used strangulation against a domestic assault victim.
On March 3, 2017, officers with the Charles City police department were called to the 600 block of 5th Avenue to investigate a domestic assault incident. As a result of the investigation, 24-year-old Natosha Ann Fairholm of Charles City was arrested on a charge of domestic abuse assault involving strangulation. This is a class D felony.
Fairholm was jailed and released after a judge set a no-contct order. She is due in court March 24.
