Northwood woman injured after Floyd man rear-ends her car

WAVERLY, IOWA – A Northwood woman was hospitalized after a two-car accident this week near Waverly.

On July 12, 2016 at approx. 3:48 PM, Bremer County Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident at Hwy 218 and county road C33. After further investigation, a vehicle driven by Glade Parker, of Floyd, rear-ended another vehicle driven by Laureli Buehrer, of Northwood. Ms. Buehrer was transported to the Waverly Health Center for minor injuries. Mr. Parker was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance.

The Plainfield Fire Department and the Waverly Ambulance assisted with the accident.
