Not counting the fact that this guy had 2 domestics he was found not guilty of prior to these. If you keep getting accused of domestics, you’re more than likely a violent person. If he was already on probation, wouldn’t prison be a place for him? He’s been in trouble with law enforcement since he was a pre-teen, involved in drugs since the teenage years. I’d like to know how he keeps avoiding prison especially when his whole drug circle except him are in prison. He also was convincted of criminal mischief after doing $10,000 in damages to a home in Mason City, got off with a small fine. Along with possession of a gun that wasn’t his. Judges please get your heads on your shoulders & put him away.

No wonder he keeps on breaking the law. There is no penalty for doing it. Suspended sentence and probation with no penalty is nothing at all. He will never pay the fines and doesn’t care. Damn liberal judges.
