Illegally tinted windows leads to traffic stop and jail for Minnesota man

MASON CITY – A Minnesota man was stopped and arrested during a North End traffic stop recently.

A Cerro Gordo county deputy stopped a vehicle at about 7:07 PM April 5 near Washington Avenue and 15th Street NW. During the stop, a Mason City police officer also came to the scene to assist. During the ensuing investigation, it was discovered that the driver, 25-year-old Lamarcus Charles Baker of Shakopee, Minnesota, had no valid driver’s license and was arrested.

Baker was taken to the county jail on that charge and also charged with illegally dark tinted windows on his vehicle. He immediately pleaded guilty to both charges and was ordered to pay $467.50 in fines and court fees.

What he was doing on the North End is none of your F*n business. It doesn’t matter unless you are the self appointed Gestapo of Mason City.

Was he allowed to drive back to Minnesota? What was he doing on the north end of Mason City? Friends, relatives? Lot of things not answered in this case.

Probably running drugs as usual.

That was pocket change, drugs are big business don’t you know.

they should have confiscated the car till he got a
license.

Sure, just like they do with all the white trash in this town.
