MASON CITY – A convicted thief who was sent to stay at Beje Clark this summer for violating her probation is accused again of another violation.
Casondra Kay Carolina Wilmarth, age 22, was sent to Beje Clark in July for violating the terms of her probation in connection to a third degree theft charge. On November 21, she was brought to jail again, accused once again of violating the terms of her probation.
Wilmarth is now in the county jail, held on bond as she awaits a December 12 probation revocation hearing. Her suspended 358 jail sentence could come into play if her probation is revoked.
