CHARLES CITY – A Greene woman was taken to jail by Charles City police after a traffic stop.
Charles City police conducted a traffic stop on September 5 at about 12:53 PM on South Main Street and 4th Street. During the traffic stop, police discovered that the driver, 26-year-old Crystal Wordes was driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance.
Wordes was taken to jail and released pending a court date.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
