CLEAR LAKE – Police in Clear Lake stopped a Klemme woman for drunk driving, her second such offense.
Lisa Ann Ridder, age 35, was arrested by Clear Lake police late on the evening of August 28. She was then given a breathalyzer test which produced results of 0.148 and 0.147. The legal limit is 0.08. She was charged with second offense operating while intoxicated and no insurance.
Ridder was booked into jail and later released, pending a September 12 hearing.
