FAYETTE COUNTY – Two Mason City men were recently busted with illegal marijuana.
On January 9, 2022, at approximately 12:45 AM, a Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputy initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Mill Avenue and Thompson St. Clermont IA. After an investigation, 19-year-old Tyrique Jurell Judon of Mason City was arrested and charged with Driving While License Suspended, a simple misdemeanor, and Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana), serious misdemeanor.
Also arrested was 20-year-old Dustin Storm White of Mason City, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana), serious misdemeanor.
Judon and White were taken into custody and transported to Fayette County Jail, where they were held until initial appearance.
