CHARLES CITY – The Charles City Police Department would like to invite everyone to an informational presentation on Human Trafficking. Michael Ferjak, M.A. Senior Criminal Investigator for the Iowa Department of Justice-Office of the Attorney General, will be in town Thursday evening to present.
Unfortunately human trafficing does exsist right here in Iowa. Mr. Ferjak will share with us what it is, where it might be taking place, what to look for, and so on, so that all of us will be more aware of the problem and potentially do something about it.
This will be held at the Charles City N.I.A.C.C. Center located at 200 Harwood Drive, this Thursday, June 19th at 6:30 PM. The presentation should last about two hours.
