CLEAR LAKE – The North Iowa Corridor’s 2014 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 17 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake. Eric Stavriotis, Senior Vice President of CBRE’s Occupier Practice office in Chicago, Illinois, will deliver the keynote address.
“With the trend in economic development moving towards site selection efforts, Stavriotis will be able to provide insight as to how our community can best position itself competitively in the site selection market,” said Shaun Arneson, Corridor Interim President & CEO. “With everything the region has to offer, we are eager to hear about what factors are driving high profile clients like his to make their site selection decisions,” he added.
Stavriotis, is a Senior Vice President in the Chicago Occupier Practice Group and is a leader of CBRE’s Economic Incentive Solutions Group. Mr. Stavriotis brings over 13 years of experience working across North America and has worked across all industry verticals and project types. Mr. Stavriotis is the author and a frequent contributor to several business publications, including Area Development Magazine, Commercial Property News, Financial Times, Business Facilities, Real Estate Forum and Shopping Centers Today.
In addition to Stavriotis’s keynote at the annual meeting, Corridor President Larry Elwood and Arneson also will share highlights from the organization’s past year and plans for the future.
The meeting is open to the public.
