MASON CITY – A rural Mason City man was stopped for the second time in four days for driving while revoked.
Monte Dean Neubauer, 50, was stopped by Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday afternoon near Mallard Avenue and 250th Street. He was arrested for driving while revoked, just as he was arrested for the same offense on May 5th. He is being held now at the Cerro Gordo County Jail on $300.00 bond.
Neubauer is awaiting trial on June 6th, 2013 on a driving while suspended or revoked charge from a February 27th incident. He is also awaiting trial on August 22nd, 2013 for the same charge after being stopped on March 29th.

I can remember in late 80’s early 90’s when he was in accident, just south of Southbridge, If remember right he drove car over embankment into creek.After drinking all day at Hawkeye game and riding party bus allday sponsored by a local bar.This guy will never learn, needs to be locked up forever B4 someone else is killed.The women that was killed was a Frank I believe.
