Waverly Art Walk seeking artists

WAVERLY – Art Walk, Waverly’s annual juried fine arts and crafts show, is seeking interested artists to participate in the 2013 show. The deadline to apply is March 22, 2013. Late applications will be considered depending on space availability.

The event will take place on Saturday, May 4, 2013, from 10 am to 4 pm in Kohlmann Park located along the Cedar River in downtown Waverly. Around 30 artists from the tri-state area have attended each year to sell and exhibit their artwork to the public.

Eligible entries must be completely original and designed and created by the artist. Two-dimensional media including: oils, acrylics, watercolors, and other painting or drawing media, photography, relief, intaglio or silkscreen prints, and giclée prints. Also, three-dimensional media including ceramics, jewelry, fiber, wood, glass, paper, basketry, cast iron, wrought iron, plaster and other sculpture materials is accepted.
