Protected: Charles City woman battles cops during third drunk driving arrest

CHARLES CITY - A Charles City woman, days away from her second drunk driving conviction and a sweet plea deal from a judge, was stopped by police allegedly while intoxicated, driving again with children in her car, and wouldn't go quietly.
