Certified Nurse Aide Training Offered in Osage Begins August 29

OSAGE – North Iowa Area Community College’s Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) course will be taught in Osage beginning August 29. The course is offered through a partnership between NIACC, the Osage Rehabilitation Center, and Osage High School. It is available to high school and adult students. Kathy Baldwin, RN, will be the course instructor.

The certified nurse aide course prepares individuals to work in long term care facilities and hospitals. Anyone who is interested is encouraged to enroll now while space is available.

This college-credit course is also open to high school students. Most of the class sessions are at 4:30 p.m., with two Saturday sessions for clinical instruction.
