CLEAR LAKE – At approximately 5:40 AM Friday morning, the Clear Lake and Ventura Police Department and Clear Lake Fire Department were dispatched to 2905 4th Ave S. for a serious two vehicle collision with injury.
On the east entry/exit driveway of Kum & Go, a car and pick-up truck collided causing injury to the car driver. The nineteen year old male driver was taken to Mercy Medical Hospital in Mason City by Clear Lake Ambulance.
Clear Lake and Ventura Police Department were at the scene directing traffic. Traffic from the four lane street was reduced to one lane for about forty-five minutes.
Tony’s Tire, Truck & Auto Center of Clear Lake towed both vehicles from the scene.

the young man is doing ok. His family is VERY thankful he is still alive. It could have been much worse.
