Waterloo police say that over the course of the last month, the Waterloo Police Department has been investigating several pizza delivery robberies throughout the city. As a result of this investigation, Waterloo Police Detectives have charged 19-year-old Daqualis Spates-Ketchens of Waterloo with the following crimes:
– Two counts of first-degree robbery 1st
– Two counts of fifth-degree theft
– One count of second-degree burglary
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
