WASHINGTON, D.C. – Iowa Congressman Steve King was roundly slammed for suggesting rape and incest bolster population.

King made the remarks in Urbandale and the remarks were caught on video posted by the Des Moines Register.

Iowa Democratic Party First Vice Chair Andrea Phillips released the following statement in response to Steve King’s latest comments:

“Steve King’s words rarely reflect Iowa values, but today he demonstrated once again how out of touch he is with our state. I don’t expect him to think about how his cruel rhetoric affects survivors and women seeking family planning resources in his district. I don’t expect him to change his ways, and that’s why democrats are organizing in every county to bring new leadership for Iowans and send him packing in 2020.”

J.D. Scholten, King’s possible Democratic opponent in the 2020 House District 4 election said: “Yet again, Steve King puts his selfish, hateful ideology above the needs of the people of Iowa’s 4th district. Excusing violence — in any way — is entirely unacceptable. Here in Iowa, we stand strong together in the face of violence, and strive to create a welcoming and safe community for all people. His comments are disrespectful to survivors and don’t reflect Iowan values. We stand for bringing all people together and fighting for the positive change that we desperately need here in Iowa.”

Many politicians and pundits called for King to resign from Congress, where he holds no committee memberships after earlier remarks about white supremacy.

What a blithering idiot this guy is. I happen to have a direct line with the magic skywizard and he informs me that anybody that votes for this imbecile is going straight to hell.

The writer of this piece is not very honest..he (or she) misquoted King in the title. I believe the misquote completely changes King’s message.

From: Steve King=Another day, another rush to judgment by Liz Cheney and others on a phony media narrative featuring a misquote attributed to me.This happened last January, too.
The Associated Press just issued a sweeping correction of the story they blasted out nationally. The AP correction was based on an earlier correction made by the Des Moines Register, the paper which initially reported on my comments to the Westside Conservative Club. Other media outlets should do the same.
The AP correction is provided to you in the image below. Liz Cheney owes me an apology, and she owes the pro-life community an apology too.

Once again Democrats proved what assholes they really are by jumping on a unproven comment before finding out the truth. Not one of you dipshits will admit you were wrong, but you were and you are.

I agree 100% and King’s statement is lost and distorted by liars to make it seem like he is condoning rape or incest..He is NOT. By this point in man’s evolution, every single one of us has rape AND incest somewhere in our lineage–it is unavoidable, Sorry, folks, but that’s the dirty truth of it.

Typical barnyard behavior on the animal farm. Fornicating pigs and warm beer. And the world turns..
