CEDAR RAPIDS – A man from Mexico illegally residing in Hampton who stole the identity of a United States citizen was sentenced May 1, 2017, to three years in federal prison.
Francisco Hernandez-Espinoza, age 24, residing in Hampton, Iowa, received the prison term after a December 29, 2016, guilty plea to one count of misuse of a social security number and one count of aggravated identity theft.
During the plea hearing, Hernandez-Espinoza admitted that, on June 4, 2012, he illegally used the name and Social Security account number of a United States citizen to obtain employment in Clarion, Iowa. On November 3, 2016, Hernandez-Espinoza was arrested by immigration agents in Hampton, Iowa. At that time, Hernandez-Espinoza turned over to agents identification documents, including a birth certificate, all in the name of the U.S. citizen whose identity he knowingly used. During the sentencing hearing, Hernandez-Espinoza admitted that, between 2011 and 2015, he was convicted eight times in Iowa and Minnesota of using the name of the U.S. citizen, including after being arrested for criminal sexual conduct and domestic abuse assault.
Hernandez-Espinoza was sentenced in Cedar Rapids by United States District Court Judge Linda R. Reade. Hernandez-Espinoza was sentenced to 36 months’ imprisonment and fined $5,000. A special assessment of $200 was imposed. He must also serve a three-year term of supervised release after the prison term. There is no parole in the federal system.
Hernandez-Espinoza is being held in the United States Marshal’s custody until he can be transported to a federal prison.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Daniel C. Tvedt and investigated by the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations.
Social security card and birth certificate should be enough to get him the right to vote. Wonder how many more there are. Many hispanics coming in for health care have medicaid and need interpreters provided by hospitals. Look around your stores and towns and you think you are in Mexico. And they aren’t all here to work in the fields either. Ever notice the nice big new trucks and SUVs they are driving. We need to shut our borders down and send these criminals back home.
The big beautiful wall has become a speed bump and you chumps will pay every penny of the cost.

Illegals still occupy many small communities. One of the Ankeny shooters is from Ackley. In Eldora they make certain everyone knows they here by going as a group to restaurants and speaking loudly in Spanish. Wellsburg has a firetrap house for housing illegals. The contractor supplying illegals keeps his buses parked on lawn along side rat trap house. Marshalltown is full of illegals. Recently some got arrested for dealing meth. They had an arsenal of “assault rifles” and ” submachine guns”. Lock and load, open war is upon us!
Never leave your guard down or firearm unloaded around illegals. How do we know they are illegals? How do we know they are not illegals? I have seen no promises from local LE that they will check immigration status. That means bus loads of violent illegals driving around our communities doing farm work. Most local LE avoid illegals, I know of 911 calls being ignored. Our guns are all that we have to save us from violent illegals. Lock and load!

Things that make you go hmmm….Illegals get to the U.S., have a child or 10 and then go on some type of government assistance. 72% of illegal households are on U.S. government assistance because they have a U.S. born child.
