BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA – A good Samaritan helped save a woman from her sinking vehicle Wednesday morning after it slid into o holding pond in Bloomington, Minnesota.

The woman’s vehicle slid off a road and into a holding pond just after 8 AM on the ramp from Highway 169 to Interstate 494 in Bloomington, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis.

The woman smashed a window with a fire extinguisher in her vehicle.
