The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) reported that on November 10, 2015 at around 8:38 AM, deputies conducted a search warrant at the address of 2141 250th Avenue outside Milford. Upon further investigation, 51-year-old Francis Petska was arrested on drug charges.
Petska was charged with possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Multiple firearms and ammunition were seized.
The DCSO was assisted by the Denison Police Department, HEAT Team, and the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement.
