MASON CITY – A Mason City woman was jailed Friday when she showed up for court in a theft case.
Kathryn Ann Loux, age 56, had been arrested by Mason City police on January 10 for theft in the third degree. When she appeared in court Friday at 3 PM, a judge ordered her to jail for violating her probation in a theft case from 2013. She will face a hearing on February 23 as she is held in jail on $2,000 bond.
