MAYNARD, IOWA – On January 16, 2015, at approximately 9:55pm the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office was notified of an underage drinking party in Maynard.
Upon further investigation by Sheriff’s Deputies, it was determined a large amount of individuals under the age of 21 were in Possession of an Open Container (Simple Misdemeanor) and cited.
Those in Possession were:
Ashley Ann Reson, age 18 of Maynard; Michael Andrew Seeders, age 18 of Oelwein; Kristen Elizabeth Pingree, age 18 of Oelwein; Riley Ray Brincks, age 19 of Waucoma; Kylie Nichole Meaney, age 19 of Independence; Tanner Michael David Patterson, age 19 of Oelwein; Kelby Leroy Robbins, age 19 of Waterloo; and Nicole Marie Hayek, age 20 of Maynard. There was also four juveniles who were cited for Possession of Alcohol Under Age (Simple Misdemeanor), and will be referred to juvenile court. The juveniles are: Gannon Joshua Douglas Willie, age 16 of Randalia; Thadius Dean Warnke, age 17 of Maynard; Dustin Robert Beau, age 17 of Independence; and Chastity Ann Jensen, age 17 of Oelwein.
