CLEAR LAKE – A man was brought to jail Friday by Clear Lake police after an investigation into abuse of another person.
Brian Neal McDaid, age 49, of Clear Lake has been charged by Clear Lake police with neglect or abandonment of a dependent person, a felony. McDaid was jailed Friday and released on Saturday after posting bond.
According to a source, the alleged victim lived with McDaid in Clear Lake. He is innocent until proven guilty.
