VENTURA – A Forest City woman was hospitalized Wednesday after a single-vehicle accident north of Ventura.
According to the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office, on Wednesday, September 10 at about 4:18 PM, deputies responded to a report of a single-vehicle rollover North of Ventura on Balsam Avenue.
A 2003 Mercury Mountaineer was southbound on Balsam Avenue from 280th Street when the driver, 25-year-old Brianna Ayers lost control and rolled into the west ditch. Ayers was ejected from her vehicle.
Ayers was transported to Mercy Medical Center North Iowa by Garner Ambulance.
The accident remains under investigation.

One of my drivers came up on this right after it happened and stopped to help her, he said she had a puncture wound on her side and she was on all 4’s asking for help. I hope she recovery goes well!
