CHARLES CITY – A Charles City woman was arrested for theft from a local business and immediately pled guilty.
Felicia Kurt, age 34, was arrested on May 8th at about 1 PM by police on a charge of fifth degree theft after police took a report of an employee theft from a business in the 1400 block of South Grand Avenue. On her social media page, Kurt lists her employment as an Independent Agent at UndercoverWear and Retail Merchandiser at Hallmark.
Records show Kurt pled guilty the next day and was assessed $320.00 in fines and court fees. The judge allowed her a $50 per month payment plan.
