GARNER – A Forest City man convicted earlier this year of attempting to entice a minor and was given probation, jail and fines was found guilty of violating his probation this month.
Matthew Steven Lunning, 23, Forest City, appeared for probation revocation proceedings on the underlying charge of enticing away a minor, an aggravated misdemeanor, stemming from an investigation by the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office on November 22, 2013.
Lunning was found in contempt of court and sentenced to serve fifteen days in jail. He will continue with his probation to Department of Correctional Services.
