CHARLES CITY – A Charles City man is facing serious charges after an arrest this month.
William Davis Jr, age 24, was arrested on July 18th after Charles City police went to the 2100 block of Clarkview Drive for a disturbance. After an investigation, Davis was taken to jail and charged with felony third degree burglary, domestic assault and trespassing.
Davis is also awaiting a trial on a charge of fourth degree criminal mischief. He pled guilty on July 1, 2014 to fifth degree theft.
