RICEVILLE – A North Iowa woman is charged with sexual abuse of a teen boy.
Mindy Jo Fetters, age 22 of Riceville, was charged on June 6, 2014 with sexual abuse in the third degree, indecent exposure, and assault to commit sexual abuse. The alleged unlawful activity took place on April 12, 2014 against a 15-year-old boy. The Howard County Sheriff’s Department brought the charges. She was arrested by Mitchell county deputies on June 7th and held on $10,000 bond.
Fetters pled not guilty to all charges on July 1, 2014. No trial date has been set.
