CHARLES CITY – A Charles City man with a violent history has been arrested once again, charges with felony assault.
On June 13th, Charles City police responded to an assault in the 500 block of 6th Avenue. After an investigation, police arrested 37-year-old Shane Stillions. He was charged with two counts of felony assault causing serious injury.
Stillions last year served 30 days for injuring a police officer as he was arrested during an alleged domestic assault.
