Mary Ann Grossmann, Pioneer Press, St. Paul, Minn. –
E.L. James will sign copies of her bestselling “Fifty Shades” trilogy at 7 p.m. Sept. 20 at Barnes & Noble, 3225 W. 69th St., Edina. Wristbands will be given out beginning at 9 a.m. that day.
The trilogy — “Fifty Shades of Grey,” “Fifty Shades Darker” and “Fifty Shades Freed” — will come in a boxed set. James’ erotic novels have been credited with giving Barnes & Noble a much-needed boost in sales. Dubbed “mommy porn” by some critics, the trilogy about a college student dominated by an older man has sold more than 20 million copies.
