Underage drinking party broken up at rural Rockford address

ROCKFORD – Shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday, morning law enforcement received a report of an underage drinking party.

Law enforcement went to 22598 210 Street in Rockford and found several underage individuals drinking alcohol. Twelve juveniles were referred to juvenile court, and several others were cited for the Cerro Gordo county Social Host and Underage Consumption number 51.

According to the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s incident report, all juveniles were asked to call their parents to come get them or give them permission to go with another parent. An attempt was made to find everyone else a sober driver. Pictures were taken and alcohol disposed of at the scene.

Five of the attendees were arrested and transported to the Cerro Gordo County jail on misdemeanor charges of inference with official acts. Arrested include: Cassandra Joann Glandon age 18, Danielle Kay Hurd age 19, Nicole Elizabeth Bitker age 19, Maxwell Darvin Anderegg age 19, Adam Louis Shook age 21.

The renter of the residence, 20-year-old Lance Lee McRoberts, was arrested for allegedly being the social host allowing underage consumption of alcohol at his residence and interference with official acts. McRoberts was transported to the Cerro Gordo County jail and booked in before posting bond a short time later.
