FRANKLIN COUNTY – A North Iowa man faces charges after a recent traffic stop.
Charles Edward Stuart was stopped by the Iowa State Patrol in Franklin county on June 17, 2020. He was charged with possession of burglar’s tools, possession of a controlled substance and second-offense possession of marijuana.
He awaits a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 8.
