CHARLES CITY – The first of eight top prizes of $100,000 available in the Iowa Lottery’s new “Casino Riches” scratch game was claimed Monday by a northern Iowa woman.
Debra Eggers of Charles City bought her winning ticket at Prime Mart, 609 S. Main St. in Charles City, and claimed her prize at the lottery’s regional office in Mason City.
