MASON CITY – City of Mason City Sanitation customers are advised that the City will be conducting a pick-up of flood damaged items beginning Monday, October 3 and continuing until Friday, October 14, 2016.
Citizens must call the Sanitation Division to make an appointment to have flood damaged items picked up.
Citizens are reminded:
*It will be required to specify what flood damaged items will be picked up when the appointment is made.
*Stickers will not be required for flood damaged items however stickers will be required for flood damaged appliances. Sanitation staff can inform you of the number of stickers necessary for appliance removal.
*Once an appointment pick-up date is scheduled with the Sanitation Division, customers should place flood damaged items for pick-up at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled pick-up date.
