ROCK FALLS, IOWA – A Clear Lake man was taken to jail for drunk driving Saturday evening outside Mason City.
A Cerro Gordo county deputy stopped a vehicle driven by 29-year-old Timothy Charles Lane of Clear Lake at Thrush Avenue and Fallspark Drive, near Rock Falls. Lane’s vehicle allegedly had an improper brake light. As a result of the stop, Lane was arrested for first-offense operating while under the influence.
Lane was taken to the county, jail where he was booked and soon released.
