The DOT reported via social media that several Iowa Department of Transportation offices will be consolidating into one location in Mason City effective Monday, Jan. 25.
The Iowa DOT employees from the District 2 Office, District 2 Annex, District 2 Materials, and Britt construction office will all be housed at 428 43rd Street SW in Mason City. The Mason City maintenance garage is at the same property, but the mailing address will be 480 43rd Street SW in Mason City.
Probably the only business in Mason that Pays a living wage.
