FERTILE, IOWA – Law enforcement was called to a rural Fertile, Iowa home for a domestic incident and took a man to jail.
Cerro Gordo deputies were responded to a call about a domestic incident at 23248 Carinal Avenue near Fertile, Iowa at about 8:15 PM Saturday. Upon arrival deputies investigated and arrested 22-year-old Dirk Joseph Vosburgh, who lives at that address.
Vosburgh was charged with simple domestic assault and 5th degree criminal mischief. He was held in the county jail on no bond.
