CHARLES CITY – A wanted Charles City woman was located and arrested by police for skipping court.
On the evening of August 3, Charles City police located 30-year-old Marjorie Foster in the 600 block of North Grand Avenue. She was wanted on warrants for failing to appear in court for driving with a suspended license and a rabies vaccination violation of city code.
Foster posted bond for a second time in this case and was released, pending a new court date.
