DAVENPORT – Two teens took guns and pointed them at a group of people in a parking lot in this Eastern Iowa city this week and fired, prompting cops to go on the hunt and bring them to jail.
According to Davenport police, on Monday December 1st, 2014, at 4:11 PM, Davenport Police Patrol Units were dispatched to 400 East Locust Street reference a report of shots fired. As officers arrived, they were informed that two black males had fired shots at a group of individuals in the parking lot at that location.
An investigation into the incident was conducted, and resulted in warrants being issued for 16-year-old Trevor Owens of Davenport and 16-year-old Marlon Martin, also of Davenport. Both were taken into custody Wednesday afternoon.
Owens was charged with Intimidation and Assault While Participating in a Felony. Martin was charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Intimidation, and Assault While Participating in a Felony.
One of them was already a felon. Just some more misguided blacks. I’ll bet it was the police’s fault.
16 and already a felon. No wonder they don’t trust the police, is it because the police arrest them for breaking the law. Just wondering if these two boys go to school, to try and better themselves. Or is it just that it’s easier to intimidate, assault, rob, other people to make a living. The oppression that these people feel, is brought on by themselves. Why don’t these guys try and better themselves instead of living the gangsta life style, to only end up in prison or dead.
Amen Allen. You hit the nail right on the head!
