WAVERLY – A Clarksville man was jailed recently on a charge of second offense drunk driving.
Joshua Joe Vance, age 32 of Clarksville, was stopped and arrested by a Bremer county deputy and law enforcement received a tip that he was driving drunk. Vance was charged with second offense operating while intoxicated and jailed.
Vance was released from jail and awaits a November 7 court date.
Vance is also awaiting sentencing on December 15 in Butler county on drug possession charges.
